Second Life
DJ Gee entered Second Life nearly two decades ago, originally as a listener. He came to experience what were then some of the very first professional virtual DJ productions. What started as curiosity soon turned into involvement.
Music was always the connecting element. After occasional sets within RPG environments and small appearances, he made the conscious decision to apply his real-life DJ skills to the Second Life club circuit.
Today, Gee is not only an active DJ inworld but also the owner of The Hairy Lemon, shaping his own space within the virtual club culture.
Real Life
In real life, Gee was introduced to the dance scene at an early age through his older sister and cousins. At around fifteen, he attended his first rave — an experience that left a lasting mark.
In 1991, he purchased his first professional DJ setup: Technics 1210 MK2 turntables paired with a Pioneer mixer. He refined his craft through local parties and private events before landing his first club residency in his home city — one of the most respected dance venues at the time.
From there, his journey expanded:

Sharing stages with internationally recognized DJs
Eventually, life required a choice between the intensity of the club scene and family life. Gee chose family, sold his equipment, and stepped away from the professional circuit — though never from the music itself.
The Return
The passion never disappeared. Occasional private events kept the connection alive until technology offered a new path. With modern DJ software and a digital setup, Gee returned — this time in a virtual format.
His current presence blends decades of real-life experience with the creative freedom of Second Life. As DJ and club owner, he brings authenticity, technical depth, and a grounded understanding of dance culture into every set.
A journey that did not restart — it simply evolved.
