Tommy Bruce, a Master of Fine Arts Photography student at the University of New Mexico, was supposed to have his MFA thesis exhibition in the real world, but due to the Covid-19 outbreak, he made the creative decision of exhibiting Real Problems in Second Life instead.
Since it is in such peculiar circumstances, this week will be up on our brand new YouTube channel * a promotional interview with Tommy and Michael Fowler, an interdisciplinary designer based in Vancouver, Canada, member of Second Life since 2006 and actively involved in making this transition from the real world into the grid happen.
The opening of Real Problems will be on April 18th, 12pm SLT, starting with a walkthrough with Tommy and Michael, that will also be streamed live on Twitch**, followed by DJ sets and more!
I am so honored and excited to open the doors of the GBTH and somehow help a bit to make this happen.
The LM for the exhibition will be shared on the day of the opening.
See you! ♥
